Please note that email and password fields are case-sensitive.
If you think you entered correct login credentials, but it prompts 'Incorrect email or password', please check the email you input and if there are lowercase/uppercase symbols in your password. Ensure you fill in the correct password with no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the string.
To reset password, you'll need to do the following:
1) Make sure you saved your Recovery code in the process of registration and you have it;
2) Log out from your LOBSTR account;
3) Go to Sign In page and find the 'Forgot password?' button. Or just use this link -
4) Approve a password reset by the message sent to your inbox.
When the password reset is approved, you will need to wait for at least 72 hours before a unique link to complete the reset process is sent to your email.
ATTENTION! The link will be valid for 24 hours only.
You'll be asked for a Recovery code, which is a 10-word code shown to users when creating a wallet in LOBSTR.
We (LOBSTR team) don't store Recovery codes on our side to make app usage safe for our users.
In case you don't have the Recovery code, please use your Secret key (a 56-character string starting with an uppercase “S”) to complete the password reset process.
Please don't share your Secret key, Recovery code, or password with anyone else. Store the codes securely!
