Please make sure to confirm your email address by clicking the link in the Lobstr activation email. If you don’t see the email – please check you “Spam” folder.
You can request LOBSTR to re-send the activation email as well.
If you followed a confirmation link in the account activation email, but still see the message “USER ISN'T ACTIVE. CHECK YOUR EMAIL TO CONFIRM ACCOUNT” when trying to log in, it likely means that the account activation link has expired.
Click “RESEND ACTIVATION MAIL” button, and you’ll get a new email with fresh activation link.
Please open the support ticket if that doesn’t help.
