The 'Successful/Failed login from a new IP address' email you received from email@example.com is a security measure to notify you of any attempts to log in to your LOBSTR account from an unrecognized IP address.
If the details shown in the email such as login time, user agent, IP address, country and city are correct and it was you who attempted to log in to the account, you may disregard this message.
To view the latest login attempts for your account, use the 'Access history' tab in the side menu of the LOBSTR web version:
You can also view the 'Access history' in the 'Security' section of the 'Settings' in LOBSTR mobile apps:
If you do not recognize any of the login attempt details shown in the email, we highly urge you to:
- Safeguard your account immediately by changing your password in the Settings of the LOBSTR web application (Settings -> Profile -> Change password).
- Secure your LOBSTR account by enabling 2FA protection. Learn more about LOBSTR security here.
- (Optional) Enable Multisig to enhance the protection of your Stellar wallet.
