Service availability
- MoonPay's service is available in more than 160 countries.
- China, Iran, Syria, and several U.S. states are not supported.

Credit and debit cards
- MoonPay accepts most major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
- Several virtual, prepaid and debit cards are also supported.
- Some issuer banks have their own terms regarding where and when the cards can be used and may decline the transaction on their side.
Payments
- Supported fiat currencies are the US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), and Pound Sterling (GBP).
- The minimum payment amount is 20 USD/EUR/GBP.
- The maximum amount for one transaction is 2000 USD/EUR/GBP.
- The daily and monthly payment limits depend on a user complying with certain requirements. Learn more here.
- Once you've specified the payment amount in LOBSTR, you will be redirected to moonpay.io for completion of the payment procedure.
- Payments are processed immediately. The crypto is released once all KYC checks have been completed.
- First-time transactions may take between a few minutes and a few hours, depending on additional verification that MoonPay may require.
Fees
- The fees for debit and credit cards depend on the payment amount and can be as low as 4.5% per transaction.
- Depending on the base currency of your banking account or credit card, additional conversion fees may apply at the time of the payment by your bank.
